2 cups mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
2 ripe mangoes, diced
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Fruits: Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold running water. Slice and dice the fruits as needed. Keep them in separate bowls.
Combine Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, diced mangoes, sliced kiwis, halved grapes, pineapple chunks, and sliced bananas.
Dress the Salad:
Drizzle honey (if using) over the mixed fruits for a touch of sweetness.
