On a baking sheet, place sliced oranges, sliced grapefruit and cranberries
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cranberries burst and carmelize a bit
Meanwhile, boil pomegranate juice and orange juice. Once boiling, pour over chair tea bags
Steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags
Add in caramelized fruit and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
Fill a glass half full of sangria mix and fill the rest of the glass with grapefruit sparkling water. Garnish with anise stars, cinnamon sticks, and fresh cranberries.
2) Jingle Juice
Ingredients:
6 cups cranberry-apple juice mix
2 cups ginger ale
1 cup orange juice, orange slices for garnish
1 (750ml) bottle of cold sparkling cider
Fresh cranberries and orange slices, for garnish
Instructions:
Combine cranberry apple juice mis, ginge rale, orange juice, and sparkling beverage in a punch bowl or pitcher
Garnish with orange slices and cranberries
3) Cherry Lime Chiller
Ingredients:
¼ cup frozen cherries
½ fresh lime, freshly squeezed juice
2 tbsp tart cherry juice
1 can cherry lime sparkling water
Fresh mint
Lime wedge
Ice
Instructions:
Muddle: to a large glass, add the cherries, lime juice an d cherry juice and muddle slightly using a muddler, or the back of a wooden spoon
Add sparkling water: Fill the glass with crushed ice and then fill to the top with the cherry lime sparkling water
Serve: Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge.
4) Holiday Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients:
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
½ cup fresh cranberries
12-18 sprigs of mint
2 tbsp lime juice
1-2 cans cranberry ginger ale
16 oz pomegranate juice
Ice, as needed
Instructions:
Add sugar, water, and fresh cranberries to a small saucepan
Simmer over low heat for about five minutes until the cranberries start to open and the sauce gets very thick. Set aside and allow to cool
Meanwhile, add mint and lime to each glass. Muddle together to extract the flavor of the mint
Add ice
Add in ginger ale, pomegranate juice, and cooled cranberry reduction to each glass
Top with more mint, lime, and cranberries as garnish.
5) Mistletoe Mule
Ingredients:
1 lime (1-2 tbsp juice, fresh is best)
1 tbsp simple syrup
¼ cup sparkling water or club soda
3-4 mint leaves (optional)
¾ cup ginger beer (make sure it is non-alcoholic)
Crushed ice
Instructions:
In the bottom of a cup, pour juice from the lime, simple syrup, and sparkling water
Add mint leave if desired
Fill the cup about halfway with ice
Then pour about ¾ a cup of ginger beer over the ice
Garnish with mint leaves and a lime wedge if desired.
